Emre Açanal operates the VoiceFlow AI (the "App"). This privacy policy informs you of my policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of data when you use my App and the choices you have associated with that data.
1. Data Collection
My App does not collect any personally identifiable information from users. All data handled by the App is anonymous.
However, to provide specific functionalities, the App may require access to:
Device Camera: Used solely for scanning text from images. No images or scanned data are stored or shared.File Selection & Image Gallery Access: Allows users to select files or images for text scanning. The selected files/images are processed locally and not collected or stored by the App.
2. Data Usage
I use Firestore (a cloud-based database service by Google) to fetch and update user subscription and token status. This data is fully anonymous and used only to manage your access to the App’s features.
I use Google Cloud Translation API to enable text translation. The text you input is sent to Google Cloud for translation purposes only. I do not collect, store, or share this data beyond what is necessary for the translation functionality.
3. Third-Party Services
ElevenLabs Voice API
To generate speech from the text input provided by users, my App sends the text you input to the ElevenLabs Voice API. This text is used only to generate speech output. Google Cloud Translation API
For translation purposes, the text you enter may be sent to Google Cloud Translation API. The translated text is immediately returned and used for audio generation in the App. I do not store or share any translated data.
4. Token Purchases & Expiry Policy
Purchased additional tokens do not have an expiry date and can be used at any time.
Premium tokens granted as part of a subscription or promotional offer may have usage limitations or expiration dates, depending on the terms of the offer. Users should refer to the specific subscription details for more information.
If the App is removed from the App Store in the future, unused additional tokens and premium tokens will not be refundable or transferable. It is the user’s responsibility to use their tokens while the App remains available.
5. Data Security
I prioritize the security of your data. While no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, I implement commercially acceptable means to protect the anonymous data handled by the App.
6. Your Rights
Since no personal data is collected, there is no personal information to access, modify, or delete. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the use of data within the App, please contact me at wavergedev@gmail.com.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. I will notify users of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
